We had a water main break this last winter and had to replace the pipe from the street to the house With all the great things I had heard about ***, I went with them I told [redacted] how concerned I was that the new guy might hit my sprinkler system [redacted] said there shouldn't be any problem I trusted him because the week before Xcel Energy had come out and was digging in the same spot and made sure they gently went around our sprinkler system with shovels So when the guy hit my sprinkler in two places I got really concerned [redacted] saw my frustration and told me that he himself would come back in the spring and finish the job by leveling the dirt and he said he would even fix my sprinkler system I was so grateful because my husband wanted to go with someone else who was more "popular"But I had told him to go with a small business and trust a local company We paid them in full up front(big mistake) Sadly, spring came around and it took forever to get a hold of him or get an appointment to have him come finish the jobThen he when he did make an appointment he didn't show up Finally I had to email someone else at the company just to get information on when they would come I called and left several message trying to talk to him about the sprinkler but in the end some younger guy came and just leveled the dirt [redacted] wouldn't answer any of my calls (but he would answer a call from my dad)He lied to me I am an adult I can take the truth, and I expect the truth When someone gives you their word, you keep it! You follow through with it I am sorry but if you couldn't do anything about it, then he should have told me DO NOT go with *** He lies and would rather talk to men because he apparently can't handle talking to woman
