Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I spoke with the company I specifically stated I was only interested in the part if the exact match could be purchasedWhen I was called with the quote I confirmed that they were able to order the exact match for the part that I had and I was told yesWhen I came in and made the deposit I confirmed again that they were able to order the exact part and I was told yes againHad I been told we can't guarentee the part would match I would not have moved forward with the purchase as it was going on one door of a double door set Regards, [redacted]
In regards to the complaint for the refund for *** ***, We advised her that we could order her the door part but, it may not match the other that already existed due to the age of the doors it was discontinued and no longer availableWe ordered her the only available
substitute Upon the technicians arrival, Ms*** turned down services stating that the part is not what she wanted ad that it was not an exact match to the one that was existing This is not a part that we carry in stock and was custom ordered for her business onlyWe had to pay for these parts and there are no refunds on custom orders The bottom of our invoice states NO REFUNDS SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL MERCHANDISEMs*** did receive an invoice when she paid the depositIt is customary in cases like this that we require payments in fullIn her case, we allowed half down deposit. *** ***
