We are from out of town, so knowing this we called a month ahead of time to make sure my wife could get filling the same day as her exam, we were told that would be no problem, we also asked how much would be do at that time, we were told that our insurance would be billed and then we would be billed later for the service. They also called us an confirmed the details of the visit. When we went in for her visit and AFTER they did the exam, they told us that they had no time to do the repairs that day and we would have to come back tomorrow, living 500 miles away, this was impossible, and they know this. This as a complete bait and switch, we were told one things, and then when they did an exam, told another. There is no one in their right mind that would pay for an exam if they know they would not be back in town for over a year and couldn't get the service they needed, which is why we confirmed that they would be able to accommodate us. Needless to say many of my friends and family use Janssen and I have a very sour taste in my mouth about this, I will be mentioning this to every one of them if I continue to get screwed over by this sales tactic
