I am rejecting this response because: It was not a reasonable "offer" when they wanted $6000 PLUS my car to trade for a used, lesser vehicle! This car was purchased NEW May 1, 2016. I have tried to get the vehicle issue resolved/repaired...
for several months getting delay after delay from dealership. The dealership does not accept any responsibility in this situation. They have not expressed a sincere effort to get the vehicle repaired and will not provide information on how to contact the field representative or his superior for further evaluation of the vehicle.
