We are a DVD movie retailer not a DVD rental store, we offer free shipping, and in this case, we have spent shipping postage to send back his movie or exchange, and that is $cost up front, and now give him a $refund, that means, we are $in red, and he get to watch the movie for FREE???? we are in business since with thousands of customer base, if every buyer bought DVDs and after they watched the movies and don't like them, then send back for a refund, then we be out of the business for sure, and this is not the way of commerce should be Also [redacted] is a fool, the Revdex.com is not a proper place to file a complaint and ask for a refund in the first placehe just try to damage our reputation, he can file a complaint, but Revdex.com can not issue him the refund, if he is only want the refund then he should know the proper place to get his refundI'm not telling where to file the refund, he have to find out himself, besides a back stabber shouldn't get a reward in anyway, so that he can do the same thing to other sellers

We are a DVD movie retailer not a DVD rental store, we offer free shipping, and in this case, we have spent 2 shipping postage to send back his movie or exchange, and that is $4.08 cost up front, and now give him a $12 refund, that means, we are $4.08 in red, and he get to watch the movie for FREE????
we are in business since 2003 with thousands of customer base, if every buyer bought DVDs and after they watched the movies and don't like them, then send back for a refund, then we be out of the business for sure, and this is not the way of commerce should be.
