once again they fail to realize that I explain to them the condition of my vehicle and that my concern was getting it replaced correctlyI asked *** if he would rather me put the portion of the vehicle I took apart back together my self, he said no that he wanted to make sure it was done correctlyIt was lowsy workmanship there were screws laying on my floor board and some sticking out, a crack in my center console hidden by the seat belt you can simply see they still make exscuses even in their response in a rude mannera toatally unprofessional group of peopple any thing with these people can be disputeddamages that were not there,( its unbeliavble a full refund is the only option im giving I wish I would of read more reviews I would not have came to them in the first placeThey have all the right lingo to get you in the door but unbeleavibleI was pretty much told I was a lier what do you expect with a box of parts your to picky we tryed are hardest and its our word against yours I refuse to resolve with out a 100percent full refund

refuse to deal with people who have no respect for my property and who claim any damages can be disputed I would be foolish to let any one at their place of busineuss to make any repairs on my vehicle

While we normally are more than happy to honor our year or 24,warranty in our shop we are willing to try and get creative if it will make you feel valuedIf you would like to go into a reputable repair shop and have them call us and give us an estimate to reinstall these bolts and even have them give us a price repairing the crack you are referring too, we would be happy to look at other options
I hope you understand that a full refund on a job of this size may not be a fair settlement for what you are describingAs I understand it, the part that we spent well over a day installing, the heater core, is still functioning fine and we are just dealing with some issues on items related and possible unrelated items to this heater core
If you would like to have us work with a shop, please have them reach out directly to me, ** *** (XXX) XXX-XXXXWhile we want to be more than fair, we are not willing to give you the full refund you desire
