My sincere apologies for my late response to this complaint. I'd also like to apologize to this customer for the inconvenience that has occurred. The day at the customer came in we were in our lunch rush hour which is our busiest time of the day. The owners son was on his way out for a very important meeting when the customer spoke with him. He let her know that there was nothing wrong with the machine because this kind of incident has never happened bore. I understand that the customer became upset for the reason that the owners son ran to get his keys since he was already running late to his meeting. I would like for the customer to know that we did her no wrong, we have worked very hard to build a good name for our business and have our customers trust. We have put into effect the customers settlement of training our present and future employees in the use of the ATM debit machine, that way any incident like this may occur ever.

Review: I went to Jaquin Mexican grill taco shop on 2/12/15 and paid for my order via atm debit. I checked my bank account 2/13/15 and found 5 transactions made in Tijuana on 2/13/15. I went to the taco shop and spoke with the son of the owner and showed him the transactions. He stated nothing was wrong with their machine and I need to call my bank. He then ran to the back of the store grabbed his keys and ran out the front door. I returned to the business today (2/17/15) and spoke with the manager and she denied any wrong doing but gave me the number to the ATM card company.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the business check their ATM debit machine and train employees on the use o using that machine and the confidential information it provides.
