I am rejecting this response because: I had absolutely no contact from this business regarding money or child. If I did, I would have caught this long ago. I can also pull up phone records to prove this. I have banking statements, as I had told Mr. [redacted], that the name Vidor Taekwondo now appears on banking transactions as of July. I asked him if he would like me to bring them to him and he declined. The contract he currently has was signed was when Mrs. [redacted] asked [redacted] to tell me to come to the Vidor office and fill out paperwork again because the initial contract was lost.  If Mr. [redacted] checks [redacted]s attendance  record he will see that [redacted] has been in class months before the current contract date. To address [redacted]s withdrawal,  his mother will file her own complaint due to the fact that I was not in attendance. And most importantly,  how does a small, local, reputable business withdraw money from ones bank acct. for 9 months without rendering services, especiall if they converse with parents as Mr. [redacted] stated? Where are the red flags on the business side of this?

I am rejecting this response because: I had absolutely no contact from
this business regarding money or child.1. Your daughter brought [redacted] to lessons and you authorized payment to be drafted. If I did, I would have caught
this long ago . I can also pull up phone records to prove this.2. The payments were drafted as authorized by the customer. I have some members who only attend a few times a year, they still like to retain a membership at our academy. I am sure many gyms have members who infrequently if ever attend lessons at their facility.I have
banking statements, as I had told Mr. [redacted], that the name Vidor
Taekwondo now appears on banking transactions as of July.3. Member Solutions are the billing company we retain to collect on our accounts, any change in the name they assign to their draft is determined by them. I do not control or am aware if they changed their draft name on statements. This was their choice I was not included in that decision.  I asked him if
he would like me to bring them to him and he declined.4. As I stated at the time, the draft entry does not change the membership agreement. The contract he
currently has was signed was when Mrs. [redacted] asked [redacted] to tell me to
come to the Vidor office and fill out paperwork again because the
initial contract was lost.5. Mrs.[redacted] is no longer with our Academy she has retired from her position of instructor. She may have had this conversation. I believe that Mrs.[redacted] was competent and industrious member of our staff.    If Mr. [redacted] checks [redacted]s attendance
 record he will see that [redacted] has been in class months before the
current contract !date.6. There is no need to check his attendance record, as I have said some members have accounts and do not attend. We send out regular communications to parents via email, post card and face book etc. [redacted]'s mom may have been the recipient of communication.  To address [redacted]s withdrawal,  his mother will
file her own complaint due to the fact that I was not in attendance.7. I assume this is a sperate issue? I will communicate with her as I have communicated with you. I have been patient and responded to your inquiry as you have sent them, I offer that courtesy to you and your family, as we always have done in the past.And
most importantly,  how does a small, local, reputable business withdraw
money from ones bank acct.8. [redacted] Academy never draws on any account with out the members written documented authorization.   for 9 months without rendering services,
especiall if they converse with parents as Mr. [redacted] stated? 9. I never said I converse with parents, I communicate with Members and their families via the methods stated. I visit with members at the locations I am teaching at on a regular basis. The Academy managers and Instructors see all parents and students actively attending our lessons. during these times they address any issues our members may have. They teach in their local academies everyday, they are available to you on many occasions and my office number is available at all times.   Where are
the red flags on the business side of this?10. You insinuate that there is a practice of taking money that is not due to us. I suggest you have not followed the policies of our member academy. I know you filled out a notice to place a hold on your account, I have no paperwork to say to stop billing your account. I do not stop billing an account unless other wise told to do so in writing. This is a practice that is an industry standard. Major health clubs, fitness centers, martial arts academies and dance schools follow the same or similar membership terms. Some are even more strigent than our policy. You did not notice a draft from your account after a period of 9 months. I understand this upset you. We are following our policy and practices that you agreed to upon signing the membership document. It seems you did not notice a draft of the same amount being drafted, this is possibly a red flag. If the amount was the same a simple phone call months ago would have addressed this issue. I understand your frustration. However, to expect return payments when our stated policy was not followed by you after 9 months is unfair.You stated you had no contact with the academy, not even to cancel your billing agreement. Billing and collection issues,Account belonging to [redacted],I have spoken to Mrs.[redacted] on 22nd July 2015, she was very upset regarding billing or her account. She told me that we had been billing her account for $99 per month since September. She told me turned in a cancellation request...

with Mrs.[redacted] her daughter, to cancel the membership. I do have documentation that she turned in a hold and to stop payment on her account from 06/2014 to 08/2014, this request was honored by our company and Mr.[redacted] the instructor turned in the documents. The said reason for the hold were "work issues and vacations", the account was not drafted at this time. The account was scheduled to draft on 09/2014. I have the copy of the planned absence form signed and dated by Mrs.[redacted]. I also have a copy of her contract signed and dated, this membership states that written notice is to be given to terminate billing. I did not receive any notice to cancel from Mrs.[redacted] or Mrs.[redacted] and billing was not stopped. I have used the billing company in question for more than a decade, they have an exemplary record of tracking and collections. To suggest that their draft name was changed to trick her into paying is hard to accept, especially regarding this company. Eleven months to find that you have erroneously been paying a bill shows a lack of attention to detail even if the draft name was changed. The amount has not changed, a draft of the same amount on Mrs.[redacted]'s statement would indicate a problem. However, it took eleven months to discover the problem. Mrs.[redacted] was able to come to the Academy to sign the hold document. Mrs. [redacted] did not come in to cancel the account personally, she stated that her daughter came in, I have no record of this.We have been at the facility in Vidor for the past eleven months to answer any questions or concerns. We send e-mail notices to all of our customers, we also send out automated messages. We communicate regularly with our customers. Mr.[redacted] has been a conscientious and dedicated Instructor, he has turned in all other documentation and requests to cancel, He has processed many holds and cancellations. Mr.[redacted] has been promoted and moved to a Academy management position at another location in Dallas Texas. He would not know who attends lessons at the Vidor as he is no longer the instructor. Please explain other paperwork mishaps? This statement is ambiguous and irrelevant. We treat all financial confidential matters with the utmost professionalism. We have treated all customers with respect and dignity. I have not had complaints to the Revdex.com in the past after being in business in the Golden triangle for the past 30 years. Please call for questions copies of documents. If Mrs.[redacted] wishes to settle this matter in court as she stated on the telephone, I am available. Any allegations of impropriety on my behalf that she has omitted from her communication she can substantiate also.
