I am in receipt of your letter concerning the complaint that you received fro Mr [redacted] J***.On June 6, Mr [redacted] did have our company out for a service call which stated that air was blowing out but it was not cold for his A/C systemOur service technician diagnosed that there was a tow charge for the refrigerantCustomer was given price of $to recharge system which includes no dye or sealerAlso customer paid a service fee of $plus tax which came to the grand total of $324.02.Notes and invoice indicate a small non obvious leakWhich means there is a leak or the company that put it in didn't charge it properlyI see in the system that we quoted new equipment in The unit we were working on was a newer system under years old.Mr [redacted] stated in compliant that his unit didn't work after our technician left but we never received any calls stating that there was a problemUnit was running correctly and blowing cold air when our technician leftAt this team we feel that there is no reason for us to issue a refund.Please feel free to contact me with any questionsSincerely,James MS [redacted] Heating and Cooling Manager

am in receipt of your additional information letter concerning the complaintthat you received from Mr*** J***.We don't offer warranties on units that we didn't install or that are out ofwarranty with regard to recharging an A/C systemThere are a number of differentplaces that refrigerant can leak out and impossible for us to determine without furthertesting of the systemThe customer has the option to have us find the leak at an hourlyrateIf we were to find the leak and repair the unit we would offer a warrantyIf thecustomer would authorize the leak search we would reevaiuate the system at that time.There are a number of different places that refrigerant can leak out and impossible forus to determine without further testing of the system.Please feel free to contact me with any questions

Received a call from consumer stating that she cut out the middle man and called the West Regional Sales Manager - Kevin N*** and set up appointment for October 12, and hopes that they will come and repair all issues. She will advise me of the outcome

Received a call from the business stating that they have contacted the consumers and advised them that all parts are in for repair. The consumer's advised the business that they will check their calendar because they have dr.'s apptand they will get back to them to set appt. The
business requested that we do not close this complaint until the consumer is completely satisfied with repairs

The consumer is done with the business and does not want them to come back for repairs. Wants to just close the complaint stating that she will seek counsel for resolution to her complaint.

On Thursday March 1st, Mr*** did have our technician Joe out to his home, he was experiencing issues with his sump pump not always workingJoe found the pump to be working properly at the time of service, and advised it was most likely the micro switchThe installation of the current pump
was not up to local codesA quotation was provided for new pump with code compliant installationMr*** did authorize us to proceed with the installation after the quotation was providedWhen the job was completed another signature was provided that the work was approved. We do feel that a refund is justified as our technician did use the wrong task code, Mr*** was charged for a better pump than what was providedWe will issue a refund of $due to the error

Response taken by phone: We reached out to the consumer as soon we got the complaint We fine tuned the furnace and address her questions We believe we have resolved all of the issues

I am in receipt of your letter concerning the complaint that you received from *** ***. On Wednesday April 111h *** *** did have our technician Kevin with an assistant Been out to her horne, and was experiencing !eaks on her gas lines which *** *** had shut off a day before
our appointment. Upon arrival, they checked the house gas system which was mostly original piping with some lines being located in the basement and also the crawl spaceKevin provided pricing options for pressure test with repairing per each leak on the current system or replacement of the gas system, *** *** chose to proceed with the repair option. After the system was pressure tested, the many leaks were found Kevin did advise *** *** of the investment to repair the leaksShe chose to proceed with the work and pay for the job with *** ***, as required by law she did receive the *** terms & conditions handout. After the leaks were fixed the pressure test was again performed, the system was holding pressure and no other leaks were found. The system was holding with no drop on our ounce pressure gauge. We have not received any communication from *** *** since the job was completed, and would happily send a different technician out to see if there is anything is improperly fixed, a repressure test or check with the system, at no additional cost. The invoice from the job that was completed on 4/11/was promptly mailed out 4/13/
