correspondence from the insurance company. When she made us aware of the situation we requested copies of the EOBs from her insurance carrier. We are unable to know the amount to refund a patient without the information from the EOB. I called the insurance company and demanded a copy of the EOB be faxed to our office. In accordance with the information on the EOB we have sent a refund to the patient in the amount of $118.00.[redacted]
