*** *** Salesman, at JARRETT GORDON FORD LINCOLN in Winter Haven, Florida, made a car sale contract on 10/6/He provided information on a Ford Escape, with the VIN, including all the specs we wanted at a stated and agreed on price He also promised to deliver it the following day( 10/7/14)He conferred with his manager who also agreed and we signed off pending next day deliveryThe following day there was no delivery and were told there were..." are in the State of Florida...having problems getting dealerships to communicate" and another promised to call by noon 10/8/No call by 12:PM So, I went and retrieved all personal papers filed with them for idenity theft and security issues
A manager, who could not look me in the eye, said :" The salesman may have gone beyond what he could do"....thus, they are not trustworthy and their contract was worthlessVery, very poor customer service, and low on the trustworthy level
***THEY DID NOT HAVE A CAR as promisedCOULD NOT FIND A CAR and were factual about it***
