We had a massive water damage at my house and my insurance agent referred me to Jarvis RestorationMy walls, floors and cabinets in my kitchen were toastJarvis cleaned up everything and after they were done my house looked better than it did before the problemWe would use them again in a heartbeat

The claims and statements that the homeowner makes here are not accurate [redacted] invested a good deal of time working with his insurance company and solidifying the claim which brought in a pay out over $15,Instead of us doing the entire job for job for zero dollars out-of-pocket as discussed, he later changed his mind and decided he would hire a cheaper company last minute so he can pocket the moneyThere was never any quote for $19,000, so his statement is falseIn fact the estimate that I submitted to insurance company was approved in full showing that it was accurate and followed industry standardsThe $drywall quote included multiple sheets of drywall tape plastic texture and five days of labor for both the drywall installer and his supervisorThere were over patches total in the job and it also included moving furniture, appliances and other miscellaneousThis quote also encompasses liability insurance workers comp gas overhead office personnel, office space rent and utilities, and various business costsThe $price was agreed upon via email before we ever started the job and once the homeowner found out his insurance company would not be paying is $plumbing bill for the re-pipe he had done, he flipped his attitude and immediately started declining payment and becoming a problemWe have a signed work order in which he approved the quality of work, but this homeowner is not an honest person and decided that he would not pay his billNot to mention his tactics, language, demeanor and just shows he's an unethical personWe settled for thousands less than our estimate because it was simpler than going to court I would caution any other contractor from to working with this customer Thanks, [redacted] Restoration Tell us why here

Revdex.com representative,For every job we start, we have a work authorization form which has the total amount he job is costing and a place for the customer to sign Mr [redacted] never signed our work authorization form allowing us to start the work My project manager [redacted] sent this to Mr [redacted] multiple times and he never signed the documents We called the customer today and asked if he would sign the form being we saw this complaint and we could start the work he wanted doneHe then told us that he was not going to sign an he was going to have someone else do the work We would have started his job had he signed the necessary paperwork Please give me a call if you need any further clarification but we cannot preform work unless we have the proper documentation signed as I'm sure is the same with your company doing any sort of business transaction He owes us no money and we owe him nothing as well.Thank you very much, [redacted]

*** was brought to my house to do restoration....my plumber had called them, they dried out the damaged area from a pin hole leak and sought $2,for
man hours and use of the machine to dry out damaged area they received $2,for that workThen they had one man patch and repair holes needed to re pipe the houseThis consisted of 4Xpieces of sheet rock totaling Square feet of Drywall and hour man days to perform the work which was not covered under Insurance claim for pieces of sheet rock and some texture they want $3,which is absurd!! I asked for a line itemized bill showing where all this billed amount came from I showed you what I got as far as a lined itemized bill which included line items for a quote from one of their reps...for flooring that needed repair which they didn't do the work for...they wanted over 19,to do everything...What they ask for is not fair I am a union Carpenter and I wouldn't dare charge someone $3,dollars for pieces of sheet rock and a little texture??SincerelyRetired Police Officer*** ***

When we had an emergency pipe leak under our slab, Jarvis was quick to respond, arriving within an hour of our call The team was courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly to discover the problem areas They carefully explained what to expect from the equipment they left with us and were punctual when they were returning to retrieve their equipment

I have nothing but great things to say about Jarvis Restoration. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process of restoring our home. I really appreciated his help in understanding every issue considering the water damage restoration process. Their crews were prompt, reliable and made my home look as good as new.

I called Jarvis Restoration after a pinhole leak in one of our pipes caused a huge amount of damage while we were away on vacation. Our plumber recommended Jarvis restoration to come out and I was so happy they did. They made us feel very comfortable with the entire process of what was going to happen and handled everything very professionally. They worked directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about paying anything! I had some very expensive artwork that needed to be carefully handled and I can happily say nothing was damaged in the scuffle. After the completion of the job, everything is back where it was and looks better than it did before we had the problem. I would use them again if anything ever came up.
