Travel agency is not the one who decides if passenger *** receive full/partial refund
Here is letter from UNITED AIRLINES and reason why she was declined refund
Airlines have strict rules when they can refund full or partial tickets

We directly filed with her and everything went through her I called untied and they told me that,they have nothing to do with that that as an agent, and that we have to only contact her and go through herShe was more than happy to take out money but when it come down to actually helping us she told us to contact United! This is the same letter and verbiage she sent us year agoI have spent numerous amount of time on the phone with United, and every person I spoke to told me I have to contact my booking agentShe basically stole dollars that money is goneIf she at least gave us a voucher to use in future that would have been better than nothingI guess she as a booking agent has made full profit on thisIt's sad to see that Bosnian community gives her business, when she is clearly out to just steal and take advantage of people who lack English speaking skills!

I have every right as a citizen to exercise my rights and if I chose to accuse you of taking dollars I will do so
I have documentation form United airlines stating that they will not, refund my money because I booked it through a private agentIf I wanted to go ahead and book through United I would have done so, but I didn't I booked through jasa travel and as a agent or so called "travel agency" you should do everything in your power to make your clients happyIf I booked through you I only wish to deal with you if I wanted a hastle of calling a huge corporation and giving myself a headaches, I would have done it from the beginning but I wanted to go through an agentYou telling me to call United is basically stating that you wish not to deal with an issue that you are responsible forIf this doesn't get resolved I will do everything in my power to put the truth out on the social media and every social site about the service and business that we have receivedI am greatly disappointed in your lack of communication and customer serviceYou shouldn't be in business, great business people don't treat their clients like garbageAlso, I don't waste my time on anything, when I decide to utilize my time and energy on something I do tend to see great results come out of it

As I said before, we do not decide if passenger *** get full/partial refundAirlines are the ones who decide
I don't know why UNITED agent told you that they will not refund you, has nothing to do with private agent
I told you since airline will not refund you you can use your ticket within an year with penalty feeYou didn't like that and started arguing and accusing me for something that I have no control of
That's when I told you to call UNITED because there is nothing I can do
I clearly told you that we need different Doctors document with a letterhead
Not just scrambled peace of paper that shows "patient is unable to travel to Bosnia"
Every Doctors office or hospital knows what letterhead is and they can always call us and ask what exactly we need
Why you didn't provide different letter is beyond me
I never treated *** as garbage we never even raised our voicesIt's your dad who treated me as a garabge and started threatening me
Being over years in this business tells me something else than what you are describing here

When you go to www.united.com click on reservations then click refunds find then check refund status
Put in e-ticket number which you can find in your reservaion
And this will come up
