I placed an order with this business back in November of 2019 at the amount of $8000. I have some chairs in my home that were supposed to be exchanged, that would be credited towards my account, but other items were ordered at that time. It was supposed to be in 6-8 weeks from then. That time has come and gone and now it is my understanding that the business has gone out of business. I have tried to contact them multiple times to no avail and would like to know the status on my order.
On March 6th, I received an email from *** saying he wanted to clear things up with me. He asked me a few questions about my furniture. He is looking into my situation and is supposed to follow back up with me about it.
