I purchased a 360 lace front wig from Airline Beauty Supply on 6/11/18 for $350.00. I tried it on and everything looked great, so I decided to get it for a cruise. I went to my beautician to let her put the wig on me and style it. After she put the wig on my head, she cut the lace to the shape of my head and took it off so that she can start styling the hair. She put the wig back on my head after she cut it in a style and after she secured it down with the wig clips, the lace started to rip and the inside of the wig had a tear in it. She informed me that the wig was old and that the lace was old and that's why the wig was ripping easily. I did agree with her, because I have had lace front wigs before and nothing like that has happened to me. I tried to work with it and keep it, but every time I would put it on my head a new rip would form either on the lace or inside of the wig. I went back to the shop on 6/18/18 to inform them of the problem and they refused to give me my money back or exchange the wig since the lace had already been cut. They blamed my beautician and stated that she handled it roughly and cut the lace wrong. I told them that I was just going to dispute the charge since it was a large sum of money and I could not do anything with the wig. They kept blaming the beautician and stated that it was her fault so they told me to buy another one and do it myself and it will not come out the same way. Since I was pressed for time because my cruise was a few days later, I bought another one. I tried it on in the shop and it fit and everything seemed fine. When I returned home, I dyed it. After I shampooed and conditioned it, the hair started shedding and tangling up. The wig lost a lot of hair just after that one shampoo, because of all the tangles. The store claimed it was virgin hair, but virgin hair does not tangle and shed. After I let it dry, I put it on and cut it in a style. The next day I put it back on to cut the lace, but before I could even cut the lace the rips started happening all over on the wig when I put it on. The lace and the wig has tears in it, so I couldn't even wear the second wig either. I did not bother contacting them to get a refund on the second wig, because I already knew that they would not give me my money back. I have spent $700.00 on two wigs so I would just like my money back, since they sold me products that deteriorated in no time. I have no problem giving them back both wigs.
