Dear [redacted] We are writing in response to a complaint that was filed against us on 11/18/with an assigned ID of [redacted] I have personally spoke to the customer who made this complaint before this letter of complaint from Revdex.com was receivedCustomer stated she did not want any refund or credit over the phone and just wanted us to correct the problem with our online ordering system; however, this letter of complaint she stated she would the price difference of $to be refund to her.We will gladly refund the difference of $to her in the form of payment she madeShe will receive the refund in the next couple of days,We have also attempted in correcting the error online to assure no future occurrence of the same issue
