07/10/Legally we have days to comply with records release.Routinely, all patients are given an immunization card when we see them for physicals and all the immunizations given for the day are stamped with the dates on that cardParents keep those cards with them, so they have their own records This is what they need to bring for their well-check visits to continue vaccinations at any provider they choose to go to.We continued to accommodate the patients even after their balance continued to increaseWe never denied them any services at any timeBoth children had a no-show appointment on 02/14/2017. In my years of private practice, our office has not sent anybody to any collections agency at allWe did not send these patients to collections because we are not contracted with any.
