complaint ID: [redacted] regarding my business Jasmines Nail. After carefully review the incident happened based on the technician who provided service to that customer, my own CCTV and the witnesses of the incident, I want to inform the Revdex.com that the customer complaint is not valid. The technician who performing the service that days has over 13 years experience, and had been working at my salon for a long period of time. After the services was performed, my manager who also a veteran technician with over 15 years experience checked the work's quality for the customer before she left the salon. The customer at that moment also told the technician that she is, extremely happy with the quality work that the technician provided and asked for her name so she can recommend people to come see this technician for the quality work that she did. All of this information were capture on my CCTV and were witnessed by few other customers at my salon that day. A few days later, the customer return and complaint about the service that we previously provided, stated we cheated on her, provided poor quality work when she was praising us previously, she stated and I quote" I have eye disease and you guy are taking advantage of my disability", however when I reviewed my CCTV, the customer checked her nail very closely before she paid and leave my salon. My technician was sincerely apology and was gladly redo the customer nails for her. My technician was very intimidated by this customer behavior, she was constantly upset and always shouting to demand her money back even after the technician redo her nail. After my technician finished with her nail, she checked them and still insisted on that we have to refund the money for her because she was not happy. My salon had the policy that we can redo the customer nail but we cannot offer refund as we provided service, if one not happy with the service, we can gladly redo them. My manager told the customer about the policy, and she immediately called the police. While waiting for the RRPD to arrive, the customer still upset and raising her voice at my technician when my salon still serving other customer. When RRPD arrive, she immediately shout louder so the officers can hear and I quote" you guy are try to scam me and I will report to the Revdex.com", at that time the office have to remove her from my salon at requested by my manager and conduct their investigation outside. After their investigation, the officers come into my salon to get the statement regarding the matter then they left the scene. All statements I provided above was base on the technician who served this customer, my manager, my own CCTV which I willingly to provided footage and the customer who witnesses the scene who also willingly to provided testimony if one needed. I trust that the Revdex.com will conduct a thoroughly investigation regarding this matter and help clear my salon name's, we are here to provide excellent customer service and not scammed or tricked any customer.
