Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with some of the business owners commentsI resent his statement that I had "undone" some of the work and he had to redo it.Totally falseThe only work he had to redo was what was not done incorrectly in the first place and than it was still not done rightThere are no visible signs of storm straps that were supposed to be installedI do not think he understands the fact that we paid a Windstorm Inspector to inspectThe inspector did not approve the work and it has to be done all over again because the shingles do not have the right nails and not nailed correctlyHow does he know the roof will not leak after the shingles blow off? We asked him time and time again if his work would pass inspection and he said that it wouldI have some knowledge of buildings and everytime I would ask why he was doing work a certain why that I did not think was right, he reply that was the right way and sometimes argued about itYes, another contractor was called to inspect and he could not believe the shoddy work that was done by this business ownerAt this time, no work has been preformed to correct the problemI have pictures of the condition of the house when we asked him to leave the jobsiteRegards, [redacted] And [redacted]

They knew when I was hired that I did not have my license for roofing, but I looked it up and it said I didn't need one out of city limitsAll incomplete work was due to they let me go before the work was finishedthe clips were installed but can not be seen because of roof and rafter systemWe don't have the money to pay back we had to pay people for helping work on the roofAs work was being done home owner was undoing some of the work that had already been done and so I would redo itonce I was let go had other contractor come in and look at the roof and I don't know what they may have done to the work I did doI'm sorry for the way things ended I had high hopes for this jobi did the best I could I looked everything up on code and the roof does not leak

I do not agree with some of the business owners comments. I resent his statement that I had "undone" some of the work and he had to redo it.Totally false. The only work he had to redo was what was not done incorrectly in the first place and than it was still not done right. There are no visible signs of storm straps that were supposed to be installed. I do not think he understands the fact that we paid a Windstorm Inspector to inspect. The inspector did not approve the work and it has to be done all over again because the shingles do not have the right nails and not nailed correctly. How does he know the roof will not leak after the shingles blow off?  We asked him time and time again if his work would pass inspection and he said that it would. I have some knowledge of buildings and everytime I would ask why he was doing work a certain why that I did not think was right, he reply that was the right way and sometimes argued about it. Yes, another contractor was called to inspect and he could not believe the shoddy work that was done by this business owner. At this time, no work has been preformed to correct the problem. I have pictures of the condition of the house when we asked him to leave the jobsite.

They knew when I was hired that I did not have my license for roofing, but I looked it up and it said I didn't need one out of city limits. All incomplete work was due to they let me go before the  work was finished. the clips were installed but can not be seen because of roof and rafter...

system. We don't have the money to pay back we had to pay people for helping work on the roof. As work was being done home owner was undoing some of the work that had already been done and so I would redo it. once I was let go had other contractor come in and look at the roof and I don't know what they may have done to the work I did do. I'm sorry for the way things ended I had high hopes for this job. I did the best I could I looked everything up on code and the roof does not leak.
