I am rejecting this response because:Mr England's total price he quoted to me was that was for materials and laborI never signed a contract with himNever heard of the exorbitant amount he claims I agreed toWhen I asked him several times about providing the rest of the material needs to complete the job properly that was when he started asking for more moneyAfter that his response to my questions did he call the company he got the skirting from all I got back from him was a business name and phone numberHe did not provide a p.onumber or invoice number so I could call them.I repeatedly told him it was his responsibility to get the damaged parts replaced and to get the rest of the materials.*** Hendersen was on his time when he butchered my bathroom and even told me Mr England would be billing me for it.There was never a mention of any 1800/price

freight bill number *** RO freight bill number from fed exshipper *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** h*** was not working for me when *** and *** verbally agreed on workno check was made out to me for services but one was made out to his party for services renderedshe never recieved a bill or invoice from me for these services but paid someone else for them.the materials are between and dollars for her trailer, there is no way I could buy all the materials and do the work for this is why she gave me checks when I couldnt get it cheaper for her because the shipping was over dollarsplus do all the tear off, haul away and pay for all labor like my bid stated it was 1969.50, I didnt build the ramp or doors on her shed approxprice 300.00 original estimate was on 02/20/and it is on joist there is no making this situation complete as my guys will not work there out of fear of property manager and that this situation has gotten out of control from this pressure that he has put on cindi, my greatest apologies but cant put employees in harms way with aggresive behavior and/ or sexual harrassmentif you check on prices from this company you will see that it has cost me money please do some investgative work instead of listening to your lewd neighbor in order to be in his good gracesbest of luck please find someone else to install your skirt

the original bid on this was 1,969.50 which I have documentation for. The 580.00 price was just a labor price which Mrs. [redacted] understood that she would have to pay for materials. The materials she has at her house were 581.00. That did not include a top lock cap which still needs to be ordered....

She offered to pay to get it here and when I sent her the information to order it she became very upset. I recieved 600.00 to purchase materials and have recieved no monies towards removing of skirting, hauling away debris , or any labor costs that have incured on me. As for the other part of the complaint about a employee that used to work here and did some plumbing for her, she hired him without my knowledge without speaking to me first. I have no idea what they agreed on or what was in they're agreement but has nothing to do with me. To finish up here her neighbor who says he is the property manager ran one of my guys of and tried two  to others. This man stands out there in a bath robe with his [redacted] hanging out very lewd. My employees have the right to feel safe in they're work environment, and due to they're mental instabillity I officially decline to do anymore work for her and her lewd neighbor. I have lost compensation on this job but am ok with it for the safety of my men.
