To whom it may concern: ID [redacted] In response to customers complaint in reference to her Ford MustangShe was offered several estimates for painting her carShe selected the least expensive service without warranty, even though her car surfaces were sun damaged and her paint was failing, a common problem here in TexasHer door moldings were removed so paint could be applied to the entire door surface, the moldings were also paintedIf this job was done to insurance standards, the moldings would have automatically been replaced because they are not considered reusableHowever, we always attempt to remove them carefully and reuse them to help customers save their money, which was very important to this customerWe reattached the customers original moldings as well as we couldWhen the moldings were not satisfactory to the customer, we offered to paint new ones if she chose to purchase themOur offer still stands, if the customer wants to bring in new moldings we will paint them for her free of charge
