There has been several discussions with the consumer regarding this transaction, We explained to them that we have a thorough inspection process we go through to make sure the unit is in working condition, we test drive every motorhome we sell we also took $off the price and still prepped the unitWe explained to the customer that tires should be replaced every years, We would of gladly replaced tires at cost if the customer requested We also explained to the customer that this is a year old motorhome, there will be unforeseen things happen when you decide to drive it several states away We reside in central ohio and this unit is in Kentucky, we did send a mechanic down to inspect the motorhome My Mechanic did not find anything wrong with the coach The customer purchased this motorhome, and the customer left this unit at a gas station as of right now this motorhome is in the customers responsibility I don't have time to send someone to Kentucky to move the unit We did discuss with the customer that we would bring the unit back and make an attempt to sell it to someone else in the mean time the customer owns this unit We discussed with the customer that we would drive to Kentucky to bring it back to Ohio but it might take a couple of weeks We agreed to do this with the customer, Why the customer is stating there was no correspondence or resolution makes no sense We are under no obligation to purchase a used, year old motorhome back from the customer We agreed to resell the unit or trade the unit in on another motorhome The customer has been explained everything I have stated multiple times

The customer did purchase a coach, the coach was specifically built for the customerthe customer is upset because Gulfstream used a chassis to build his coachI cant help that. I have seen manufacturers use chassis that were sometimes years old, but it still maintained
the current model yearI have contacted gulfstream, they don't have any chassisbut the coach is a It is not unusual for the chassis to not match the coach build yearvery common

In response to this complaint. I spoke with Barb Hatfield (co-owner of Jason Hatfield Automotive) yesterday 8/25/2015 I explained what had happened in my dispute and she stated she would check into it and call me back.  She agreed to refund the $1000 I put on deposit. I believe we both mutually...

agreed there was some things that could have been communicated and done differently on both our ends. I wish to close this case. Thanks for your help and Thanks to Barb Hatfield. Even though I did not have the opportunity to meet her personally I think shes a good business woman

prepped the unit. We explained to the customer that tires should be replaced every 7 years, We would of gladly replaced tires at cost if the customer requested.  We also explained to the customer that this is a 20 year old motorhome, there will be unforeseen things happen when you decide to drive it several states away.  We reside in central ohio and this unit is in Kentucky, we did send a mechanic down to inspect the motorhome.  My Mechanic did not find anything wrong with the coach.  The customer purchased this motorhome, and the customer left this unit at a gas station.  as of right now this motorhome is in the customers responsibility.  I don't have time to send someone to Kentucky to move the unit.  We did discuss with the customer that we would bring the unit back and make an attempt to sell it to someone else.  in the mean time the customer owns this unit.  We discussed with the customer that we would drive to Kentucky to bring it back to Ohio but it might take a couple of weeks.  We agreed to do this with the customer, Why the customer is stating there was no correspondence or resolution makes no sense.  We are under no obligation to purchase a used, 20 year old motorhome back from the customer.  We agreed to resell the unit or trade the unit in on another motorhome.  The customer has been explained everything I have stated multiple times.
