Jason Hubbert Roofing installed 3 tab dimensional on our roof and we were very pleased with the workmanship, the cost and the clean-up. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
and his crew put a new 25 year roof on my home approximately one year ago. In that time he has had to come out 3 times to replace shingles. This time however, there was extensive damage to the inside of the attic from water leaking in, and insulation, wood and drywall have been soaked by rain. One of the children's bedroom ceilings has been soaked and is close to caving in. *** has refused to even look at the damage inside the home, stating that he is not responsible for acts of nature (wind damage), and will not be making repairs inside even though it was his crew's bad workmanship that led to the problem to begin with. The shingles were not properly attached to the roof causing them to easily be blown off multiple times throughout the year. He promised a ten year warranty with his services, and these repairs should be included with that cost. He also does not carry business insurance.
The replacement roof was installed in November of 2018. Previous roof had been in place for 30 years per home owner. Roof had 2x2 are of rotten decking which was replaced at time of new roof installation. Home is located on a hill and is susceptible to a lot of wind. Based on location of home, I recommended dimensional shingles. Homeowner chose to go with 3- tab shingles which were installed per industry standards (4 nails per shingle).
A week after installation, I was called to come back due to some shingles blowing up. The shingles were installed in November 2018 and had not fully adhered to roof yet. Repair made same day that call was received.
Sometime between the time the 1st repair done was done in January of 2019 and February, 2020, the home sustained additional wind damage and shingles were blown off.
