Jason James Development

We used Jason James Development (JJD) to remodel our master bath and kitchen/living room, and install porcelain tile throughout the main part of the house. First off, [redacted], the owner, is very personable and a wonderful communicator. He made sure we were well informed throughout the process. [redacted] makes good use of email and text. Also, during the remodel, he sees the importance of phone calls so information is communicated quickly and decisions can be made without delay. All the work was completed within the estimated time frame and the estimated cost. The work done has been top notch. All the workers and sub-contractors were clean, polite and professional. Everyone was so helpful when asked for their opinion; they had our best interest in mind. The experience has been very positive. We plan to use JJD on other remodel projects. We have and will continue to recommend JJD to others.

Jason James Development performed a renovation on our winter home. Jason helped us picked out quality tile products and paint colours and he oversaw the work while we were absent. We were very pleased with the results. It was exactly how we envisioned and the work was completed when promised.

Jason James Development completed a variety of home improvement projects for me (interior and exterior paint, stucco repair, interior electrical, etc.). The work was completed in a timely manner with great quality. JJD employess were dependable, friendly, and provided a high quality work product.

The job was bid quickly, and JJD completed the work on budget with no unexpected change orders. JJD management ([redacted]) was involved throughout the project and communicated upcoming work to me in order to schedule tasks (and coordinate with other contractors that were working at the same time).
