Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If you go to the cargurus.com site, you will see that Mr [redacted] has several negative comments from previous customers, during the last months, clearly indicating that his business practices which do not meet professional best practices Impolite, dishonest, and otherwise stereotypical traditional car salesmen such as he have no place in the new digital marketplace This is only one website I wonder what types of negative comments he has garnered from other potential customers on other websites with Hyundai If I were a CEO or CFO, I would not want this type of impropriety anywhere near my company Why continue to have a disreputable persona because of a single person's actions Perhaps that is the type of person that this organization wants associated with them Perhaps this is why their global automobile marketshare is minimal, at bestPlease remain diligent in ensuring that automobile companies are held accountable for the actions of their employees, and not simply dismiss this and other claims Regards, [redacted]

This dealership is the worst! They do not stand behind their "untrained" salesmen and do not honor anything they tell youI love my car but I will never purchase from this dealership due to the lies and misinformation just to make saleEven the General Manager claims that the problems and issues that could have been taken car of by honoring their word, where my faultIn my opinion take the lovely drive to Pensacola to [redacted] , they take of you and actually remember their customers!!!

Mr [redacted] came by the dealership to look at a Hummer Hthat we have in stockAfter looking at the vehicle, Internet Manager [redacted] had him fill out the credit application, as financing was the only option for him to purchase the vehicleWe did not use the so called tactics of “bait and switch” with Mr [redacted] , as the vehicle he wanted to buy was on the lot at the time, and the finance company will not approve that vehicle due to his credit worthinessMr [redacted] was informed of this credit decision, and was offered a new vehicle financing option which he declined as the monthly payment range was higher Mr [redacted] was contacted with a phone number and email that he provided the dealership and we see no violation in this conduct Internet Manager [redacted] is a family man with a wife and a yr old sonTermination of his employment, based on the grounds mentioned by Mr [redacted] , is not sufficient

I made clear what my issue is and the response I got was condescending and even after explaining that I did contact by email the owner first, weeks before contacting the Revdex.com, I was not ogfered an acceptable means to an end The owner tried to make it relevant that my car was on his lot for months but he didnt mention that it was after a second repair (coil pack) that the smoking startedMr [redacted] said bring the car to them and a back handed "dont leave it for months"I will surely not take it back to his business so I do support the closing of this complaint and I will seek other avenuesThank you Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***

Buyers Beware...This dealership does not honor its commitments The Internet Sales Manager *** *** provided me a price on a new Hyundai Sonata by email and later when we visited the dealership for my daughter to test drive her new car was offered an additional $off the sales price if we closed on the transaction by the end of January I arranged financing on the new car and was prepared to purchase the car within the month of January as agreed *** *** on 1/30/advised me that Jason Pilger Hyundai would not honor either the agreed upon price or the one provided to me by email I contacted the General Manager-*** *** and asked him to look into the transaction and was again advised that Jason Pilger would not honor either price but would be happy to sell me the car at sticker price My daughter was crushed as she was present when the new price was offered to us and accepted I would not recommend Jason Pilger Hyundai to anyone and all buyers should beware that they are dishonorable and do not follow through on their commitments

I am rejecting this response because:
At no point in their response was any type of apology attempted to be rendered for the inappropriate behavior by Mr*** by contacting me via personal text message, nor did they take any responsibility for invoking the bait and switch, which by the evidence provided by both parties, is clearly evident Also, to be called ignorant and being deemed unimportant in post-service, the true demeanor of the dealership's intentions to customers is truly evident I will continue to review Jason-Pilger Hyundai with the same veracity and authenticity with which I have been discounted as a viable member of their customer base

contact her.  its a 9yr old car that we can try to fix problem and help her out.  cars that age will always have issues in my opinion and need constant repair.  Please let me see if I can help.   Thank you,   [redacted]    please don't leave the car here for a couple of months space is limited.

Mr [redacted] said bring the car to them and a back handed "dont leave it for months". I will surely not take it back to his business so I do support the closing of this complaint and I will seek other avenues. Thank you
