my cars that they are sold AS-IS unless factory warranty remains in effect. There is no way that anyone could have known that a problem existed until it happened.

Anytime a customer leaves with a vehicle, when a major part of the vehicle breaks down, the business should pick up the bill, especially when its within the first 5 days.... this makes no understanding, never will do business here again....

In response to this accusation this lady has had the car for 8 months problem free other than a simple O2 sensor. nothing else on this car has given her any problems at all during ownership. She also had the opportunity to check the car out well...

as she did when she bought it 8 months ago when she and family test drove and checked the car out prior to purchase. The car was sold AS-IS which is the case with most 9 year old cars.

I was FORTUNATE to be told (while having car checked for 02 sensor) this car was dangerous BEFORE an axle broke or my front end came off the car, causing me to lose total control of my vehicle at 70 mph and KILLING everyone in its path. Mechanical failures are often difficult or impossible to predict. RUST is a slow process that started LONG before 8 months ago when dealer sold the car. He's a mechanic/car dealer and I'm sure thoroughly checked out the car himself and sold what he KNEW was dangerous to someone he KNEW trusted the car expert (him) to sell her a vehicle he reasonably expected to be sound. And I test drove this myself; not with "family"
