On September 17, Ms*** *** came to our restaurant and ordered food togoShe returned to the restaurant shortly after and was very upsetMs*** was veryboisterous while
telling our waitress, Heidi that her order was incorrect
Heidi was very apologetic for the misunderstanding and ordered the correct food for her.Ms*** was still dissatisfied and again was very boisterousUnfurtunately, Heidiresponded in a like mannerMs*** demanded a full refund which we were happyto comply withThe charge to her credit card was deleted; therefore the charge wouldnever be processed.I called Ms'*** the following day and again apologized for the inconvenience andmisunderstandingI assured her the charge to her credit card had been deletedI alsoadvised her that her bank could take several days to delete the hold that was placed whenthe card was swiped, even though the card was never charged.In speaking to Ms*** she had stated that Heidi may have been racially prejudicedItold her that was definitely not the case and asked why she would bring that up over amisunderstanding about her food orderHer response was that she had just moved fromLouisiana and that is how it was thereI told her I was sorry if that was the case but thatthis is a different state and to please not assume prejudice when a mistake is made
At this point I have spoke to Ms*** husband and the hold for the charge has beentaken off their accountAgain I have apologized for any misunderstanding andinconvenience this had caused
