We did not know Ms *** was unhappy about her purchase until she sent us and email on 11/13/(13days after her purchase)stating that she had informed us about canceling the sale. She stated that she had mentioned it in a previous email for which we have no records as per the
attached emails between Ms *** and myself (***). We make it a policy to never say the builder sent us because it would be an outright lie, however we do let the customer know that Jason's Water is one of the preferred vendor of the American Home Association BoardWe also offer two units to our customers for them to choose which they would prefer for their home and what kind of warranty they would like for their system, there was never upcharge to her purchase priceThe financing is always explained to the customer, we offer two type of financing as well. After Ms *** has received her DocuSign I (***) spoke with her and explained the financing again with her at which point she did state she would not finance but would pay cash for the system instead. As for the questions about the permit, we contract a licensed and insured installer to put these units in the homes for us, so when Ms *** requested the permit we contacted the installer for the permit and was waiting on response for which they were working with the city to get the permit. We are sorry that Ms *** feels like she was dealt with in an unethical manner and are willing to remove our system from her home to be done by the person who installed the system. Ms *** was offered a buyback option on a system that she had purchased and we choose to help with removing the system from her home and pay her the cost of for the system since it was not usedA system by the way we would not sell to anyone because it would be unethical. Ms *** requested her check be brought to her home at 8:pm on 11/2/and the check was deposited and cashed the next day 11/3/2015, however we have yet to see any payments for our system. Please let Ms *** know we will not be paying for another plumber to come remove our system when we have a license/insured installer who will remove at not cost to us, we have already lost too much money with this dispute
