Houston office policy for refunds are 30days I have informed the Mfgof her concern and let them know that as of May 4th her day refund period has now passed without being paid The Mfghas mailed a check on behalf of Healthy Water H2O to satisfy the customers concern.The Mfgis repremanding the independent distributor in Houston.The Mfghas spoken to this customer and she is satisfied.
