I am rejecting this response because:I have never created any "disturbances" in the deli. If they consider me politely asking for a manager and then asking the manager to move away from other guests as to not disturb their experience a "disturbance", so be it. This certainly does not call for the many violations in both food safety and customer service(let alone respect to a fellow person in society). You can not put a bandaid on an issue by simply just not asking a customer to not return. Caring about a business' well being and attempting to report the situation in a proper manner should be appreciated and not abandoned. My grandmother took me to my very first deli in Altamonte, and after she passed away, I try to go to the delis to "have lunch with her" when I'm feeling down. If I see or hear or experience something that shouldn't be happening(ie someone who handles cash and food picking their nose, improper change, incorrect order), I will let someone know about it in the nicest and most professional way. That is how a place improves and doesn't close their doors forever.Sincerely,

On December 8, [redacted] contacted you via phone and refunded approximately $36 from your order as stated in previous conversations with the customer.

I am rejecting this response because:The statement made by Jason's deli is 100% false. I did not speak to a person named [redacted] and no refund was ever granted. I just checked both the prepaid cards used for the order and there is no refund of $36 and no refund at all from Jason's deli. No such event took place.

This complaint is for a franchise location and this is their response:I am leaving it with the Hartford after speaking with our rep.  I don't feel we can do anything but aggravate the situation.

As I stated in my original complaint, I did not cuss anyone out. My money was only refunded once and I was not told u couldn't come back into the deli. I was told they would not deliver to me anymore.
