Job was not finished properly
Paid in full to install tile and replace several other tiles throughout the house. After only working partial days, it was clear he was in a rush and did the last part of the house quicker than he should have. Several of the tile were not laid properly and are hollow. We were assured he would come back and fix the issue. After 4 weeks of calling and leaving voicemails, we have had no resolution. Multiple occasions he told us he would be over and never showed. All we are asking is that the job we paid for in full be completed.

Desired Outcome

We want the tiles that were installed incorrectly to be re-done. If this is not possible, we would like a refund for that portion as we would have to hire someone else to fix the job.

Quality of workmanship is unacceptable. Refuses to stand behind his work and fix problems.
Remodel of guest bathroom. There is chipped and Crooked tail and different colors of grout. There is also a crooked wall where he lay the tile. He tried to cover the problems with grout

Desired Outcome

I'd like Jasons quality tile to fix The chipped and cracked tiles, the crooked wall in the grout. I've tried to contact Jason numerous times Via text voicemail and phone call. And he is now ignoring phone calls. WWhen speaking with Jason, he has had one story after another and has not followed through with anything that he has said.

I've spoken with Miss *** numerous times and did say I would go and fix the repairs. I do stand by my work I've just been super super busy. I did go back and try to fix some of the tiles but it wasn't good enough I guess. The first bathroom I did for them was almost flawless. I would still have no problem fixing what needs to be fixed. I'm just super busy.

Good afternoon. I have numerous texts from Jason in regards to our bathroom. He tried to cover all his mistakes with grout and didn't not replace any tiles. We would like our money back and pay someone else to redo it. You cannot cover you/ mistakes with grout. And the grout that Jason used was not even the same color or texture. I have pictures that I can also send.
The other bathroom that he stated is not flawless. It also has problems. Which again, he was made aware of and promised to come back and fix.
Jason has not returned phones calls or reached out in weeks. He also declines our calls. He knew we were not happy with his work and was well aware of the problems. He also stated, " that he wouldn't want anyonéto see this bathroom and his work".
Jason was also given 3 opportunities to change the type of tile he was installing and insisted that he could do it.
We not only paid him for the job and signed a contract with him but, we are also out the cost of the materials.
Please advise.

All I can say is, Thank You! After many calls checking different tile companies, I chose Jason's Quality Tile, and I am ecstatic that I did! They were professional, did an AWESOME job, courteous and the price was right! I am very particular and they exceeded my expectations, which has never happened. Contracted with Jason's Quality Tile to install tile floor in three rooms. Installer stated he had experience installing laminate on walls so this work was also included. A price was agreed on and I (customer) supplied ALL materials. Installer made a recommendation to install tile on sections of the wall versa installing laminate, which was agreed upon. There was no mention of additional cost as the amount of work did not differ, only the material being installed nor was a new/updated contract negotiated. I (customer) was coerced into paying more than originally agreed because of the tile (recommended by installer) being installed on areas of the wall instead of laminate. Jason's Quality Tile was PAID in installments (check/cash) and final payment made with the understanding Jason's Quality Tile would return to correct problem areas and finish the job. Existing problems: Numerous tiles on the wall are not straight or at the same level, some are at different angles. Approximately 30 percent of the laminate on walls was not installed correctly (per manufacturer instructions, tongue in groove). Laminate was nailed not glued to wall as requested. Installer cut the groove/tongue on some pieces which prevented correct installation. Some sections of laminate have large gaps between planks due to the tongue not being installed in the groove. The installer covered these large gaps with TILE GROUT. Sections of the laminate wall are falling off and one small section was not even completed. Jason's Quality Tile misled customer by stating he had experience installing laminate, then proceeded to install laminate in a manner contradictory to installation instructions. Customer brought this to the installers attention several times during installation. Since the customer provided ALL the material for Jason's Quality Tile no consideration was given to minimize waste, tile and laminate waste was in excess of 20 percent. Jason's Quality Tile has not returned any of my calls.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Correct all of the tile issues and provide partial refund to customer for the laminate installation on the walls. Since I (customer) provided ALL of the material (more than enough to finish job) it will cost more money to purchase additional laminate to replace the 30 percent that is installed incorrectly, also there is no guarantee that Jason's Quality Tile will correct the laminate issues in an acceptable manner as they have not demonstrated any proficiency installing it correctly.
