I originally had jasons come to quote cutting down two diseased citrus trees, while there I asked if it would be a good time to trim the plum tree as well, (this was March 2018 the tree was in full bloom).
I was quoted a fair price and scheduled to come in a few days, they cut the citrus down and butchered the plum tree.
In June I noticed the plum tree was drying out. I called the next few weeks and never got a return call. Finally a return call and a promise they’d come look at it. They offered every excuse in the book, it’s monsoon we’re just to busy to help you. Every other call text went ignored.
The tree died and I had to pay another arborist to cut it out. Not telling them the whole story, when asked when was the time to trim it, I was told definitely not when it’s in Bloom for spring.

Do not use this company. No problem showing up when there’s money involved. Totally not impressed.

On May 23/2018 my next door neighbors had a tree cut down by this company. Because of the size of the tree & the amount of it that hung over my roof, a few days before the neighbors brought me one of their cards showing that in case of any damage, they were insured. My roof was replaced last year so is basically brand new. On Fri. the 25th I went up on my roof to check for damage & found some. On Sunday the 27th the roofer came over to confirm what I was seeing as damage. On Monday the 28th I called the business. The person on the card was not in & the receptionist told me someone would call me or the roofer. No one ever called so about a week & a half later I gave the # to the roofer & HE called the name on the card which was ***. *** told ***r) that he was surprised there was any damage to the roof but his father had just passed & he would contact us when he got back into town. He never contacted either of us. We let quite a bit of time go by due-to the circumstances & the *** called him again. He told the roofer that he saw no way that the roof could have been damaged but he would contact me. He never did. The roofer has called him several times & the phone just goes to voice mail & *** will not return any of the calls.
