this agreement, the contractor is clearly told that they will only be paid for shops that are completed fully and correctly, according to the guidelines set forth for the assignment. This is reiterated on the guidelines for the shop itself. The first requirement was that the contractor call our office, during clearly specified office hours, to review the guidelines with us. The contractor chose to call at a time when we were not available, though our office hours were clearly noted, so that part of the assignment was not fulfilled.In addition, the guidelines specify that any wait of 15 minutes or more requires a visit to the bar. The information submitted to us in the survey said nothing at all about the contractor being told that the wait could be less than 15 minutes. The exact statement was, "I remarked it was us two and asked how long the wait would be, she said about 15 minutes." A wait of about 15 minutes requires a visit to the bar, and a visit to the bar was not completed. As such, the assignment was not correctly completed and would not be accepted by our client. We unfortunately cannot send our client incomplete information, which is what would have had to occur in this situation.
