check with the manufacture regarding the warranty. I found that the part was under warranty and I called Mr [redacted]  and left a message on his voice mail. also upon receiving this complaint I called again and got his voice mail. once more.  We will refund $69.95 in full  and we apologize for any confusion in this matter.sincerely Jim S[redacted]
