Metro completed the satisfactory bathroom remodels for the consumer in March 2016 and were paid the balance in full! Listed are the dates and number of times(over 7) we returned to the consumers home over the next year and half to address his concerns. (1) 3/13/16...Consumer request...
reglazing of tub again...Done (2)3/10/16 Consumer says light in master bedroom keeps going out..Done (3) (4/22/16Consumer request yet another reglazing of tub...Done (glazing mechanic says consumer sees shadow line from curtain rod) (4)9/23/16...Consumer says sink drain not working properly.. Came to service and consumer additionally wants new vanity now. (5) Our mechanic visit consumers home for exam of vanity..Consumer not home..(made appointment) (6)Ordered new replacement vanity for consumer..informed vanity discontinued 2 months after special ordering. (7) 6/14/17...Ordered anoth new replacement vanity for consumer...(8) 6/29/17 Replacement vanity delievered directly to consumers home. (9) Sent mechanic to install new replacement vanity. He removed old vanity, installed new vanity, new mirror, hot and cold fixtures, new drain covers to the cost of $2460.00 labor and material. Not to mention 2 mechanics that don"t work with us any more because we took the consumers word over theirs.Consumer micro-managed job from beginning, ordering materials and products himself off line (or giving us order numbers). We did our best to satisfy consumer with his repeated request (over 80 text and calls). After a phone conversation that included "this is not a threat but a promise" to continue badgering us. We felt we had done our best.Our contract did not include replacing or repairing a 20 year old plumbing system but remodeling bathroom fixtures to existing plumbing. HOWEVER IN KEEPING WITH OUR CONSUMER GOODWILL POILCY MAYBE CONSUMER SHOULD SEEK A MECHANIC OF HIS CHOICE TO SERVICE HIS WATER PRESSURE ISSUSES AND FOWARD TO US THE COST. AFTER REVIEW WILL CONSIDER FOR REIMBURSSEMENT AS HE STATED A POSSIBLE SOLUTION IN HIS COMPLAINT.
