Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:*** actually insisted they help with getting my money back, but says the seller has until about july to make his final decision
If you look up consumer reports, you will find messages about *** and their Mail scamI was Not told to return anything, but as of his last statement I believe He should pay for shipping costs and accept back all remaining materials I have purchased for his "Great" programMeaningU.Smail stamps )of which are on envelopesThe remaining envelopes. The name mailing list labels he charged for.the flyers that I had made up at the office depot.I mean if his business is doing so great, he can use these supplies right?

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Java enterprises/industries, inferred that a lot of money could be made by sending out mailers to lists of people they CLAIM are looking for work at home opportunities. My first response was a flat zero. Thus, I believe their mailing lists are a bunch of hooey![redacted] will get my original 199.00 back. I hope, but I want this company to buy back from me all stamps, envelopes, and the new 50.00 mailing list. If their company does so great this would not be a problem , as they could continue to use their own product. The problem also lies with the fact they used the name Java Enterprises, instead of the more widely know [redacted] which is highly reported in a negative manner when googled. Java now shows up on consumer affairs reports. If they were using the name [redacted] as their signature attests to in their last e-mail to me, all of this could have been avoided.

Review: Received this advertisement that states I could stuff envelopes for them, 49 letters and 49 envelopes with customer labels. I sent the company $199 (cash-100 dollar bill and a check for $99). Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, $199.00.

Review: This company who calls themselves Java Enterprises, I believe used to call themselves [redacted] just last year. That's why there was no reports at [redacted]. , till I sent one in.

I sent in 199.00 did the work, paid out postage for 300 letters, printed more, and never received a Friday paycheck, as they insisted one would get because the people on their mailing labels were already proven to be interested in at home mailings.

They sent a weird form I was to sign saying I would not try to get a chargeback from [redacted], but request money back directly from them, and I did not do that thinking that was that. They sent the package anyways, and when I requested my money back, I was insulted and promised a lawsuit.Desired Settlement: Return of 199.00 for program

50.00 for labels ordered

49.00 for stamps on already sent envelopes

I'll eat the rest. Printing, envelopes, the other 200 stamps totaling $160.00

Review: I received a letter from this organization stating that I would get paid for mailing they're special letters from home. potential earnings of up to 5000 or more weekly! Free postage, free circulars, free envelopes. pay checks mailed every Tuesday. so I send in my money, which I spend well over 300.00 for 290 letters to be stuff and mailed off. I had to buy my own stamps. this was in Jan. ** 2015. I contact them and asked what happened I haven't received any checks in the mail. this was around march that I did this. well they replied and told me that I should have read the letter, I said I did read the letter, why haven't I received any checks? they never sent me any check, and it is the 1st of June. I am unemployed pars disable and was looking for something to do while I were trying to get so kind of assistance. I believe I was taken advantage of( scammed!)Desired Settlement: I did the work that said they would pay me 2500 Dollars for my services for mailing 290 letters. that is what I want! and for the stress and aggravation that they caused me!
