Review: I ordered dvds from them but when I received my items one of the dvds had a problem.I requested a replacement and they agreed but never sent it.I have been waiting weeks now and still nothing,not even a tracking number that they said they would provide.Desired Settlement: I want the replacement dvd sent to me

Review: javparadise.com has a history of selling defective dvd's but over the last few months the issue has become common place.Almost every single order now has at least one defective dvd and now they are not even responding to complaints regarding their defective discs.I have contacted them repeatedly,asking for a refund or exchange and they do not respond.The ONLY way to get a response from them now is to file an official complaint through Revdex.com.They used to be a good site to buy dvds from but now there is almost always defective discs with each order and their customer service is much worse than it used to be.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the two defective discs.The DVD IPZ-368 kept freezing,was completely unwatchable and PPAS-008 had the wrong movie on the disc.Each dvd was $7.50 so I want a refund for both of these DVD's in the sum of $15.00
