I have contacted the customer service number on or around May 11, I was told that I had to email customer service instead, and they would assist meI did email customer service, twice, and each time had received no response

Hello,JavaKup ran an offer of free k-cups for only $2,S&H, this offer ran for a limited timeWe do our best to make sure our customers are aware of the offer terms, this offer, like any other offer JavaKup has, cannot be claimed and processed unless the terms box is checked off, without that box being checked the offer cannot be claimedOur terms are not too lengthy, and we try to keep them as clear as possible, we expect that our customers do read the terms and like any other offer online or in stores, from us or any other companyAs this customer claims she admits that she did not in fact read the terms before accepting the offer, this we cant preventHow someone can say we are tricking people, is not correct, especially considering they did not pay any attention to their purchaseWe encourage you to contact our customer service department and speak with someone there to further assist youWe are a coffee company that values every customer, and if there is anything we can do to help you, we would be glad to do soThank you for reaching out to usJohn PJavaKup

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They stated that it was my fault for not reading their complete terms, stating that they were short and very clear, and suggested I contact them by phone.I have attempted to contact them several timesI have been kept on hold for over an hour and then had the line disconnect on JavaKups endI then have called back and got a voice mail box and left a message requesting a call backThis was over weeks ago and I have still not heard from the company. While I did not read the agreement in its entirety I did scan it looking specifically for language suggesting that I was approving for my card to be charged againHad I seen anything that clearly stating I was authorizing this I would not have accepted the promotionIn addition to this, the company seems disengaged to take any action to contact their customers directlySince recieving an email confirming the shipment of the promotion I have not received any type of correspondence from themNo "thank you for subscribing to our service," no confirmation of an additional shipment, I have received nothing from themTo me, this shows that they want to be clear that you were hooked, but are attempting to hide they are reeling you inI am very disappointed that they are unable to take responsibility for their actionsI hope they will finally either return my calls, email me, or just do the right thing and refund my card.

Hello,JavaKup did run a special promotion for 15 free k-cups
shipped to your door for only $2.99 S&H. Our true cost for the
shipping and handling is $3.47. The promotion has terms that need to be
accepted before claiming the offer, we try to keep our terms as short as
possible in order...

not do support thru [redacted], ad when we do get support requests thru [redacted] we reply to them asking them to contact Javakup either by email or toll free phone, our customer service is provided thru
Email or phone support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST, as we state in the terms and contact us on the
site. About 2-3 days before we prepare the first order of 45 kups an
email is automatically sent notifying the customer that if they wish to
choose there personal mix of cups they can do so by emailing or calling
us, otherwise a default selection based on the primary choice of coffee
they chose in the free 15 offer will be chosen. for example If a
customer chooses a medium mix of coffee in the free 215 kups we would
then stay with a medium variety of coffee for the first order they
committed to. JavaKup does our very best to please every customer, and we
understand that there may be one or two we cannot satisfy no matter what we do however we encourage you to contact our customer support team to further assist you. Thanks for your time.

I have contacted the customer service number on or around May 11, 2015. I was told that I had to email customer service instead, and they would assist me. I did email customer service, twice, and each time had received no response.

I contacted JavaKup on 5/22. I talked to a representative to request a refund, was told no so I asked to speak with a supervisor. I waited on hold for approximately 1 hour after which the rep from JavaKup disconnected the call while I was still on hold. I called back immediately and received their voicemail. I left a message with my name and phone number requesting a call back and have not heard anything from them by phone or email since.
