My boyfriend and I reached out to a fencing company and got a call back from Javier [redacted] who indicated interests in building a fence with roll gate at my residence. We agreed upon the total amount and initial deposit. The contract was signed on 10/26 and the initial deposit of $1500 was paid. Work started on 11/1 and stopped on 11/3. We paid the full amount of $8400 that was agreed upon on 11/3 believing that additional funds were needed for the material. But the job was still not yet completed. Took $dollars and ran never completed job! We hired this guy to come in and do a garage extension project We quoted him 3k for the job and of course he asked for a deposit to get materials to start the job, ordered maybe $worth of materials, took the rest of the money and never came back We tried calling him from different numbers and of course it was hard to get in touch with himHe basically wore us down calling every day asking if we had work so that he could try to squeeze more $ out of us and we told him yes we needed help with a garage extension project Again, he showed up with his dad, took a $cash deposit, then never came back at all This guy is dishonest, unethical and should be arrested for theft

DO NOT TRUST this man he is not a man of his wordHe wrote me a contract for years warranty that if my fence had any problems he would come out and fix itHe put the fence up, but left a lot of still undoneNot to mention that the price included staining the fenceI ended up hiring someone else to finish what he was suppose contracted to do costing me $more to actually complete the job
