Our policy here- we asked about flea's or ticksWhen they come in for groomingShe(PAT) called 11:- 6-20-they agreed ( Because) We have to do it anyway. Thank you George So sorry about this*** ***8-8-

The ***s agreed to the extra charge for the excess of stickers, fleas and ticks which brought the bill to $The Vet in *** said no one in his office supported the ***'s claim that the grooming was not done correctlyThere is an audio tape of the exchange between the ***s and the
staff of the Pet Bath HouseMrs*** can be clearly heard being crude and offensive in the exchangeThis is the first complaint against the grooming done during nineteen years of business
