Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowNote: All Exteriors response appears to have been truncatedI'm not sure if I have all of their intended response. All Exteriors did in fact verbally state that the project timeline would be 4-weeks from the date of contractThat is why I agreed to sign the contractI did not attempt to rescind contract within days because I had no reason to at that time.As I stated previously, it was weeks after the contract date that I notified All Exteriors of my decision to rescind the contract, based on All Exteriors statement that my project timeline would not be starting in weeks, but rather 8- The reason given to me was they were too busy with other projectsAll Exteriors GM denied my request to rescind the contract, and actually said the initial 4-week timeline was a "reasonable time frame".It is my contention that All Exteriors never intended to start the project on time, as they did not even submit the insurance supplement request until weeks after the contract dateAnd only after I repeatedly inquired as to the statusWhen they finally did submit it, it was incomplete I had to retake the required pictures to document the damage in order to get the supplement approved.Again, I have lost all confidence in All Exteriors ability to complete this project on time and in a quality mannerThey have given me no explanation as to why this project has fallen behind schedule, and the GM does not return my calls when I inquireI intend to pursue a full refund of my down payment Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Al Clark from All Exteriors came out on Aug 9th, and believes his install is good and therefore if there is any issue related to the noise it's the product itself, and he indicated I'd have to deal with Justin Seymore (who has been in contact with Al and me throughout this entire process) in the national headquarters in Westerville OHI am still not satisfied and will continue to pursue a full refund, therefore I am not closing this complaint, as the isssue from my perspective has not been resolved Regards, [redacted]

This work was complete as we have pictures to prove that the new pipe jack in black and proper flashing and water proofing was installedThe home owner never desired to cancel the job until this area was hit by a hail storm and he now has storm damageWe are more than happy to reduce this
cost off of an additional purchase for reroofing the house under insurance due to hail. We will not be refunding any money as we did complete the job and we have photos and paperwork to prove that. ** ***General Manager Tell us why here

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I contest virtually every statement in this last response by All Exteriors. All Exteriors, in my opinion, had no intention to do the work in the timeframe outlined by their sales rep on the day the contract was signedI was told 4-weeks. It was over four weeks before All Exteriors even submitted the insurance supplement, so there was no way possible they would meet their commitment.I have no idea where ** ***, All Exteriors GM, heard that I was going to have Aspen Construction do the work. Aspen Construction visited me unsolicited (storm chasers), and did their visual inspection (prior to me contacting All Exteriors to come out and give me their estimate)Once I made it clear to them I wasn't going to sign a contract with them that day, that was the last I heard from them. All Exteriors is definitely at fault for wrong doingThey told me 4-weeks in order for me to sign their contractThen weeks later when I inquired if they were on schedule to meet this commitment, they said 8-weeksThat is not acceptable.I told All Exteriors weeks after I signed the contract, that this delay was unacceptable, and asked that the contract be voidedIt is hard to believe they had any money or effort into this job, other than taking my deposit check to their bank. I have been misled, more than once, by their statements and omissionsTold one date to sign contractThen after signing, told it would be about 2+ months laterTold that they were waiting for insurance supplement approval. Found out from my insurance, that they hadn't received a request for supplement from All ExteriorsAfter twice contacting All Exteriors about the insurance issue and leaving messages (on a Friday 7/and then Monday 7/24), finally was told on Tuesday 7/that the supplement was sent "last week"I have a copy of the request sent by All Exteriors to insurance dated Monday 7/at 6:06pm, AFTER my initial inquiries as to the status of thisAnd finally, a secondary issue, but again, talks to the lack of forthrightness on behalf of All ExteriorsThe posting of the sign for the duration of the project AND for month after completion IN ORDER FOR THE WARRANTY TO BE VALIDI agree, it is stated in the contractOn the back side of the written contract that contains the signature lineI was never shown the backside of the contract and never knew there were terms on the backside.I have no idea how long Al wishes to drag this matter out. I have made it clear I do not trust him at all, based on all the evidence listed aboveHe does not even have the courtesy to return phone calls from messages I have left his office, even after I am given assurances by his call takers that he will call me backThere was a chance, early on, to resolve thisIt would have taken some communication on the part of All Exteriors to explain the discrepancy in dates, an effort to inform me that there was a delay in them contacting my insurance company, a reason why there was a delay. Instead, it appears they wished to cover up the fact that they were not doing their job.I failed to mention #I had to retake the photos of the damage that All Exteriors included on their supplement request, because (in their haste?) they failed to submit them to my insurance As it stands now, I am in limboMy home has storm damage from June that remains unrepairedAll Exteriors has my deposit of $1872, along with my frustration, and now anger, in being repeatedly misled about this project.I require my full deposit back so I can deal with a reputable local contractor that will come in and do a job that I have confidence in. All Exteriors can no longer provide that

Attached you will find a document containing the text messages between [redacted] ([redacted]) and Mr. [redacted]. You will be able to see the extensive amounts of text messages along with the times and dates of these messages to see that Mr. [redacted] would sometimes attempt...

to communicate late in the evening, well after business hours, however [redacted] would always respond to him. You will also see that [redacted] was never disrespectful and never sent anything "nasty". He did, however, explain our company policy to Mr. [redacted] so he was aware that we could not just refund his money. [redacted] was very thorough with Mr. [redacted] and we regret to see that we are getting a negative response when Mr. [redacted] was a good customer and we did everything we could to try to make his project work for him, and to keep in touch with him. [redacted] along with all of us at All Exteriors sincerely hope that this will be sufficient submission to properly show the efforts of [redacted] on behalf of All Exteriors.Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted]All Exteriors LLC

We will not be refunding the customer his money back as the gutters preform exactly the way they are designed to. There if no defect and the product is not faulty. Al is going out to look at the install and see if he can hear anything and determine where this noise issue is and what may be causing...

it. There is over 35,000,000 feet of K-Guard installed nation wide and only one noise complaint. When Al comes out and everything with this install and the gutters performance checks out we will no longer be able to help the homeowner at our level. The home owner will have to deal directly with our National office in Ohio. We have been more than accommodating to the home owner and Al is getting out at his earliest convenience as this is a no harm issue. All Exteriors LLC

An agreement has been reached between the two parties.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I will await Al's visit to see what happens. They have put me off for 3 to 4 months thinking there isn't a problem, or the noise would go away, or it was my soffits making the noise.  I wanted Al out when the noise was first heard by his 2 lead men [redacted] and [redacted] (june 7th) who heard the noise and decided to replace the gutter hood. THis did not fresolve the noise I ssue. Al should have come out then,  not on  Aug 9th, his earliest free moment. That is not customer service, or attentiveness to my issue.

Homeowner was never given a timeline as for the work to be done. We do not give dates of completion due to the fact that many things can delay install dates, such as weather, bad existing building material on in process jobs, vacation time for employees, material deliveries, processing of work and...

so on. Please note that the homeowners request is under review. Home did fail to cancel the contract within the Three Day Right Of Recession time line let alone in writing in that time frame according to state law. We may or may not issue a partial refund to the customer. The home ownur decision

The only thing that was not done was the diverter as my Roofing lead did not deam it was needed. the work was on a time and material agreement. We will be more than happy to come out under the existing Time and material agreement and add the diverter. Please let us know. Al [redacted] General Manager Tell us why here...
