Once again I’m writing to you to in response to the complaint of the former student to Jax Driving School, *** ***I will restate, that my school did a good job teaching Mrs*** all her lessons that she paid forHowever, she got upset because she wanted to pay for more classes right after the completion of her lessons and we did not have an available open schedule for herEven though, all lessons paid for were all completed, Mrs*** still wanted all of her money backMy school invested time and money in this student to teach her how to safely drive on the streetFurthermore, our school has a policy that every student signs, that as long as we are willing to teach every hour paid for by the student there will be no refunds doneNevertheless, in an effort to satisfy this issue, we will be refunding back all of the money to Mrs***Mrs*** will need to come to the office to sign a money back receipt, for the purpose that I will send you the copy of this sing document as well

first class was on april 17th at 2:30 pm and completed one hour class she completed the 8 hr program with us but wasn't ready for the driving test with the division of motor vehicles. so we informed her that she needed to practice more. She called the office to schedule 2 more hours which consisted of 1 hr practice plus 1 hr road test and she was going to pay for this program the day the instructor would pick her up for class, At the time she called we didn't have any spots available so we informed that to her so she got upset and decided to place the complaint. We do not owe any time to the student because we completed the program for what she paid for. below are the dates that we provided the classes to her.
1st class. Thursday April 17th at 2:30 pm 1hr class.
2nd class. Monday April 21st at 3:00 pm 1hr class.
3rd class. Saturday April 26th at 7:30 am 1hr class.
4th class. Saturday May 10th at 2:30 pm 1hr class.
5th class. Monday May 12th at 1:00 pm 1hr class.
6th class. Thursday May 22nd at 1:00 pm 1hr class.
7th class. Monday May 26th at 11:30 am 1hr class.
8th class. Saturday June 7th at 1:00 pm 1hr class.
These dates are for the program that she paid for and we completed them. Schedule times are done between the office and the students availability. We are very sorry for the inconvinience that this may have caused but like I mentioned before we completed all of the hours that the student paid for. But we are willing to work with the student if she allows us to.
