I rented a property through JaxSun properties, and it was seriously the worst management experience I have ever had. I should have realized what I was getting into right off the bat when they lost my application fee, but it just got worse and worse after that. Aside from their hostile approach to almost every situation, they threatened to evict me twice--the first time for crediting my rent check to another user and the second for not paying the previous tenants outstanding utility bills...which they refused to even provide me with documentation for. They lost the key to my house and demanded that I give them my garage code to enter for a random inspection, and then they changed me a miscellaneous $100 off my security deposit for no documented reason. They even changed me a $50 late fee when my rent was a day late because of the Christmas holidays. The stress that wen along with dealing with this company was ridiculous. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
