Ordered a 30g solid gold necklace that was only 29g and did not match product pictured on their website.
I ordered a 30g 3mm solid gold Fairfax design necklace from this company and it was only 29g. The clamp on the picture is also different than the one they sent me. I don't even think it's their product since it doesnt have their logo on it like in the picture. Their returns statement is sneaky and they should also be forced to change it.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund or the necklace I ordered.

Their advertising is misleading and they would not allow me to exchange for a more expensive product.
I ordered on 6/28/2020, order number ***. The order was for a pendant and 2.5mm Fairfax solid gold necklace. They have advertising all over their Instagram and Website stating that there is a 5-day try and return/exchange policy with no links or asterix explaining that solid gold is not included. This lures buyers into purchasing solid gold without knowing and then you're stuck with the product. I wanted to upgrade and was willing to pay the difference for the exchange to a 3.0mm Fairfax solid gold. They told me it's not allowed and then finally led me to the return/exchange policy. I want to exchange for the more expensive necklace and receive the same 15% discount applied to the original order. Now they won't respond to any of my emails or Instagram messages. They keep deleting all comments on Instagram that are not in their favor.

Desired Outcome

I want them to allow me to exchange the 2.5mm Fairfax necklace for a 3.0mm Fairfax necklace with the same discount and I will pay the difference in final price.

We have contacted the customer directly and have resolved the matter.

I ordered a ring via this website/instagram account. My order said it was in stock and would be shipped. It has been 2 weeks and I have no update on the shipping. I contacted them via emailed 2 times and they never responded or provided an update. I then posted a comment on their instgram asking for an update, they never responded and deleted it. I sent another message via their online form as well. I am unsure if this is even a real business or what, I will be alerting my credit card company of this fraud.

Refund I want my money back. Very poorly run company that appears shady at best.

Our website clearly states that the particular item the customer ordered, The Twelve Ring, has a shipping timeframe of up to 10 days.

In addition, the customer states that he emailed us twice without a response - this is not true. The customer emailed us twice and we responded multiples times within the hour. We also send email updates every few days with the progress of how the order is doing within our production process.

We are completely transparent with our business and will gladly answer any other questions you have to make sure you understand that we are a 100% legitimate business.

The email that I received from Jaxxon post purchase/payment (Feb 27) clearly states shipping would take place within 5-7 business days, as this product was "in stock". This shipping of the product on their aforementioned timeline however didn't happen, thus I emailed the company on March 9th requesting an update on my order. I received no response, then waited 24 hours, and emailed again requesting an update on my order on March 10. I again waited 24 hours, received no update. Thus on March 11, I went to their Instagram account and posted a comment on their latest post explaining this situation and telling them I emailed them 2 times previously without a response. I waited 24 hours, came back on March 12th to see that my comment on their post had been deleted without any response, which didn't seem great. Thus, at this point, I had contacted Jaxxon 3 times without a response. I then commented again on their Instagram post on 3/12 asking what was going on and why they deleted my comment and hadnt responded to my email, I also told them I would be contacting the Revdex.com to file a complaint ( I also sent them another message through their website form on 3/12 notifying them I would be contacting the Revdex.com), as fate would have once I brought up the Revdex.com they instantly responded to my Instagram message (via direct message) apologizing and saying they would look into the situation. My order was shipped out 3/12 and I have received it today 3/12, thus I appreciate the overnight shipping and $25 discount on future order for the mix-up (admitting fault).

Nevertheless, Jaxxon's response to this complaint claiming I am lying is inaccurate and perplexing at best. Be better. Take care.
