I received a CO2000, regarding a mistake on a return. Jay negotiated for me and was able to lower the amount owed. He was prompt with all requests and explained everything clearly.
I’ll definitely go back if I need help again.

His advise as an ex IRS was priceless. He has been friendly and direct when addressing my issue and has diligently helped me till the process was complete.
