This is in response to [redacted] complaint. [redacted] made her online order and picked several poses which weren't part...
of her package. After I informed her that she was only allowed one pose she became angry and questioned a conversation I had with the Daycare giver about a free sheet of photos which had nothing to do with her. After she realize that she wasn't getting a free pose nor a free sheet she became irate and I after warning her disconnect the line but before I did I asked her to have a blessed day. She then had her husband call and leave a voicemail on my phone asking to call him back ASAP in which I did not. I have also attached our package list. [redacted] did indeed pay $39.00 and in returned I have mailed a one pose package which consist of (1) 8x10 & (2) 5x7s.
