This is a response to the complaint from [redacted] *** [redacted] bought his truck from us and it was quite a processAfter doing our best to help him work out what truck he was interested in we had to have the Sales Manager get involved because of the combative nature of this customerAfter the deal was set [redacted] called in to the store with a problem with the truck, a check engine light came on and we asked him to bring it back so we can see what the problem wasAfter the truck came into service our repair shop said there was a bad sensor and we replaced itAfter a few days the light came on again and we asked [redacted] if he could bring it back and we will make sure the problem is taken care ofWith parts on order we tried to get [redacted] back so we can make sure the issues where taken careIn the mean time [redacted] took the truck to a local [redacted] dealer and found out there was a recall on the truck to cover this repairAfter this repair was complete (EGR issue) by a new car dealer we received a call saying that this truck does not have a catalytic converterWe as a new car franchise know that if emissions tampered with a new car dealer will not cover any repair and the factory warranty and all recalls and no longer validWe have no notes as to there being any modification's to this truck as in pictures you can clearly see the DPF tank and full factory exhaustWith the claims that [redacted] is making towards our dealership we believe that he just has buyer remorseThe first issue was that there were spelling errors on our printed out buyers orderAll of the threats that he has made and saying " I love a good fight" we think that this is just that person that if its not his way its wrongWe as a dealer make sure to go above and beyond and our reviews prove thatWith all these things being said we would like to make sure we can at least make the truck right for the customerWe would like to send it to a local [redacted] dealer and check the truck out and we will also provide a vehicle for his use, after that we would like to make sure that ***'s truck is everything that he hopes it was when he bought it and gives him years of good service

Everything that was promised to the customer per their purchase agreement was fulfilled by our company Not additional moneys for shipping are do this customer We consider this transaction and this matter closed

Revdex.com*** [redacted] review of our company and actions are off base In this case both the title and the Carfax were clean [redacted] looked at and test drove his truck on separate occasions prior to purchase and had no issues other than some wind noise that was addressed We have over trucks in stock and this is the truck HE picked because it fit his budget, furthermore he could have had any independent shop do an inspection just as many people do with a heavy duty truck purchaseAs far as our MO of buying rebuilt junk trucks from Texas, that is simply untrue Every truck, car or van we sell gets a thorough mechanical inspection that we pay for ahead of time as well as a complete service at our shop Is it true that some trucks cosmetically are nicer than others? Yes, and that is why we stock a large inventory, so the customer has a selection to pick from What may be a nice truck by one's standards may not be nice to the next person That being said we are always here to support our customers in a reasonable fashion If *** [redacted] is truly that unhappy with the truck HE picked and purchased we would be willing to discuss trading him out of his current vehicle and into something else as a show of customer support on our end Assuming there are reasonable trade expectations on *** [redacted] end.SincerelyManagement

I had the opportunity to speak to Nick and we will make sure to take care of this situationWith that being said this truck was sold to a out of state customer with no further instructions on where to send the title to except for the titling addressThe title was sent out before the tag expired and us as a dealer did all we could doThis complaint was sent by a 3rd party that works for a auto dealership

This response in to the complaint on the [redacted] My name is Rick S***, General Manager from Fiat of StrongsvilleIn regards to this the vehicle was not marked sold in our sales system due to a unfortunate mistake on our endWith this being said we contacted the customer for refund as we needed there credit card number with no replyWe are truly sorry for the mishap and as soon as you contact us back the refund will be credited to your cardMy cell number is [redacted] if you would to contact me direct over this matter

I'm not paying 30+ grand for a vehicle with this many issuesI get that there could be a couple problems that you probably didn't know aboutBut all the suspension issues, tires and emissions is rediculousAs is doesn't mean here now go spend thousands of dollars to make the vehicle legal and safe! The emissions especially is a federal law!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There were no means of deceptionWhen I arrived at the dealership and was showing the pictures of my car I showed the picture attached, it was shown with the stock wheels and tires along with the aftermarket onesBased on the car not being there I was given a price range of at least 15,000-16,Considering the price of my aftermarket wheels and tires were more than the 1,offered, I decided to take them off and go with the stock ones, which is why I was given 15,for my carThe tires were so bad by the time that I got all the way home that it was even more dangerous for me to drive anywhere without them being fixed right awayAttached are pictures of the tires, which were already sent to you$does not even pay for one tireI would like the full refund for the tires, the price is on the bill that was already sent over.

is to punish the hard working team here at *** ***A team that I must add worked very very hard to put your SRT deal togetherTo say that you had high expectations is probably an understatement, but we deal with high expectations on a daily basis and our team is always up to the challengeYou knew from the start that this particular deal was deeply discounted due to being one of our demonstrators and already priced at a loss, but you insisted on even more money off, which we agreedWe then had less than a day to do a full detail, change oil, change transmission fluid, order touch up paint and ready the vehicle for your inspection before your trip homeIt took a tremendous amount of coordination between all the different departments to make this happen and I couldn't be more proud of the staffEvery single thing on your customer "we-owe" was honored and completed and we even took care of some extras not promised because we wanted to exceed your already high expectations and we didIn review of the deal, we gave your husband his choice on tiresHe could pick the tires we keep in stock for SRT ***s or we would give a credit to the deal so he could pick his preferred tireHe chose to go with his own tireYes our parts department does mark up tires bucks a tire to cover the overhead and responsibility associated with ordering customer tiresNot a lot of money when you consider everything involvedI must add that your husband received his new tires in less than daysBased on your travel schedule we both agreed that it would be best to have your local dealer fix the steering wheel controls and we would cover the costWhich we didNowhere in your purchase agreement or the we-owe did we agree to pay the shipping on tires nor did we agree to pay for any recallsThose things were never discussed, but I assure you if they would have been part of the deal we would have honored on our endRelationships, business or otherwise are about give and take, we gave on our price, we gave on the service, we gave on the tight timeline, we gave on your tire selection and we gave on the bank rateThe only area in the whole deal the store had a chance to make a little profit and we gave one thatWe gave...you tookIf your husband has any further questions or concerns with the deal we welcome his call....Nothing is due this customer at this time

We are currently in the process of cancelling the warranty and the gap insurance for Mr***These issues sometimes take longer then customers would like them to takeWe sell the warranties and insurance but we cannot issue a refund until we get confirmation from the actual companyMr

We have reviewed Mrs*** complaint and our company's standing is as follows: Mrs *** purchased a Chevy Silverado with 176,miles on 5/27/16. This was an extremely high mileage truck and was sold and without warranty from Diesels Direct. We
provide all of our customers the opportunity to have any vehicle they are purchasing inspected at a service facility of there choice before purchase. Mrs*** did not do this, however she did have her son (a mechanic) test drive and inspect the truck before taking delivery. He deemed it in acceptable condition even considering the high mileage and was 100% fully aware that the truck had aftermarket modifications to increase the performance and fuel mileage. As far as any emissions compliance goes we leave it up to the customer to know what there state and local laws are. We sell trucks in all states and simply can not know what every law is in regards to modified vehicles, however we have tried on several occasions to reach out to Mrs*** via phone to discuss and she refuses to take our calls. In reguards to to her windshield chips and door handle we did send her a good faith check for dollars for her inconvenience and consider our business with her closed. Sincerely Management

My name is Rick S***, General Sales Manager from Fiat of Strongsville Diesels Direct responding to the complaint about the Yukon. I have had a chance to pull the deal and get a copy of the title that we processed for this vehicle and there is no indication of there being any sort of
branded title.As per my conversation with the customer I stated that all customers of Fiat of Strongsville Diesels Direct have the opportunity to view the *** as well as have the vehicle inspected. Mrs*** paid fair market value for the vehicle in question at the time of purchase.Also in reviewing the deal there is a We owe form indicating that there was nothing else due to you such as the key they are mentioningAlso in reviewing the service history after the sale it looks like there where brake pads replaced after the customer drove the vehicle 10k milesThis vehicle was up to good driving standards.Please feel free to contact me at to go over any other details of this deal

As we stated in our prior answer, any truck we sell with 176,000 miles is sold as is, but we offer every customer the opportunity to get an independent inspection.  We also can not know all 50 states emission laws and that is why we leave it up to the customer.  We have researched NYS law in an attempt to help Mrs [redacted] and all diesel trucks under 8500 lbs  are exempt.  Please see #5 in the attached copy of NYS emissions code.  We have serviced Mrs [redacted] in matter that is fair and equitable to both parties and our business is concluded. SincerelyManagement
