It is our contention that Justin Y*** of Jay Contracting, LLC, is in breach of contract regarding renovation of the upstairs bathroom in our home in order to make it handicap accessible The contract notes that the work was to take "to days" The work commenced in May It has already been more than days, with no end in sight We have repeatedly called and emailed Justin Y*** and almost never get any response When we do get a response, it is to let us know that he'll be back 'next week' or some other future date Then, of course, he doesn't show
The sad thing is, we didn't want to have to go this route The work isn't that far from being finished Justin just doesn't show up
