My entire desired outcome/settlement was not discussed nor addressed. I asked the business specifically to "institute a policy that stops personal information from being on display..." so no, they have not adequately addressed my complaint. There is still PII displayed on their website, and it is just a matter of time before the cycle repeats and my PII is also on display again

do not get republished. Unfortunately, this was not done and slipped through the cracks of US Custom's automated manifest system and we republished the information by mistake. We are not in business to republish personal information. Our goal is to help companies find reliable suppliers to work with and avoid fraudulent transactions when working in international trade. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions, we are more than happy to assist.
