It was clear to me that the Client did pay attention during the Home Inspection nor read the reportI went to the home with my computer and reviewed the report with all parties in attendanceTheir was no "heated discussion", and after the actual report was reviewed by all, it was clear that I had
flagged all items the Client was questioningOnce the plumber noted the language in the report and viewed the pictures taken, attached to the report, which the Client was sent, it was clear that the Client was well informed of all dwelling issuesThe Home inspection industry is a State Regulated Industry, we are to perform our inspections per CMR 266: Standards of practice & Definitions, which the Client was made available toThe Home Inspection industry has a claims and grievance board to hear complaintsI have my report, as does the Client, and would be willing to sit and discuss with anyone interested to allow a neutral party decide the fair solution

At this point, review of the report is neededOnce the report is reviewed, all the "he said, she said" will be dealt with, nothing supersedes the written wordThis is why this issue should be dealt with the State Regulatory Board so they may review the report and make their decisionI do not believe the Revdex.com is qualified nor do I believe the Revdex.com is the forum to hear & decide on this matterI do advise the Client to contact the State Board and file a formal grievance, allow the board to hear both sides, view the report and make their decisionI do not believe the Revdex.com is a place to air this issue or make decisions on this matter, best regards, *** ***

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
I repeat once again that Mr. Mercier has yet to address the promise he made when he re-visited the home and said he would pay the plumbers bill. Even if he maintains he is not responsible and his report was complete, the verbal offer was made and accepted with a handshake.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
 The issue at hand is as follows, the inspector made an offer when he came to the house to pay for the plumbers cost.  He shook my hand and said he would pay for that cost. Once I paid the plumber and got an invoice, I forwarded to Mr. Mercier, which he then said he would not pay and made a different offer. Mr Mercier at no point told me the sink was leaking, nor did he say the dishwasher was leaking.  He did not that dishwasher was fully depreciated, however, that does not interpret to "its leaking".  There was also no statement saying that the sink had a full leak. He did not there was "previous" water damage.   When he returned to the home to address my concerns, while the plumber was there, he insisted that plumbing in the basement had been changed since he did inspection, which is 100% false.  He noted there was a pipe that was open when he clearly stated at inspection that the pipe needed to be capped, but upon his return said that pipe wasn't there.  At this point, the resolution we are seeking, is only what Mr. Mercier offered to us at his return to the home, while the plumber was there, indicating he would cover the plumbers cost.  Thanks
